Find your unique fasting experience:

The Fasting Retreat is made of a variety of activities and classes on the program. The only ‘must-attend’ activities are is the morning juice and the check-in discussion with Dr. Cousens and your fasting supporter. For the rest of the day, you can make up your own schedule according to your interest, from detox & healing activities, cultural and musical sessions, master classes, meditation or nature trips.
